ABOUT ME
I moved into the freelance world in 2021 after almost a decade spent working in the arts and non-profit sectors with the goal of bringing my language skills to an array of clients and partners across different fields, including education, cultural, health, and environmental sectors.
I've worked alongside the best and brightest in curriculum development and plain language. Most notably, I held the role of Programs Manager at a national literacy organization where I developed, wrote, adapted, and edited educational content for a wide range of audiences, age ranges, and platforms, including print and online publication.
Also during my time in the literacy field, I worked closely with marketing, communications, and graphic design experts to create and review content and strategies for forward-facing platforms, including websites, social media, and targeted marketing campaigns.
I’m purpose and meaning driven. I believe in the need for clear communication as a baseline for equality and access to information. What do you have to tell the world, and how can I help?
